Yes

Can I use every kind of spray gun ?

The Jetclean machine cannot be used for any other than cleaning spray guns with disposable cups.

Do I need any kind of special air extraction with Jetclean?

No, one of the benefits to Jetclean is that no additional air extraction piping is needed. Clean air evacuates outside the unit while the waste is collected in the supplied reservoir.

How long an aerosol for the Jetclean lasts ?

1 aerosol can be used for approximatively 35 paint gun cleans.

How to buy replacement filters for Aqualine 30 model?

Replacement pre-filters and main filter are available in stock. Please contact your After Sales representative for pricing.

I bought a Jetclean system but it only includes one waste collector. How do I manage waste between waterborne and solvent coatings?

Paint manufacturers recommend to not mix water-based and solvent-based waste in the same collector jug due to the risks of hydrogen gases explosion. To avoid this risk, you can use a 2nd waste collector or install a 2nd Jetclean machine to have 1 machine dedicated to waterborne and 1 machine dedicated to solvent. Please contact you sales representative for information and pricing.

My Aqualine water gun stopped working, is there a replacement available?

Yes, replacement water and air guns are both available as spare parts. Contact our After Sales representative for the latest pricing.

What is a pre-charged aerosol?

A pre-charged aerosol is an aerosol spray can pre-fill with propellant and solvent blend. The final aerosol product is achieved by filling the pre-charged can with paint products or other liquid products.

What is the drawer on the Jetclean machine needed for?

The drawer is a safety precaution for an overfilled waste collector. It holds the same amount of waste as the waste collector supplied.

What propellants are used?

Dimethyl ether, n-butane, propane, nitrogen, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide or mixture of the mentioned gasses.

What type of thinner/solvent blend used in the pre-charged aerosol?

Depend on the requirement and the type of paint used. There are choices of universal solvent blend for general purpose usage and custom blend formulation optimum spray result and finishing.

Can we fill water-based paint?

Yes, with water-based pre-charged aerosols.

Can we use our own thinners and mixed with our paint?

No, The thinners are already contained in the aerosol. Not all thinners are compatible with aerosol use. Therefore the proper thinners for aerosol use are already contained within the aerosol.

Do we mix the paint in the filling cup?

It is best and recommended to mix the paint before filling into the filling cap as non mixed pigments can stick onto the sides of the cap (this may change the final colour results).

Do we need to dilute the paints before filling?

No, just fill the paint as it is without thinner or reducer.

Do we need to lubricate the machine?

No. You don’t need to lubricate the machine. There is no need for a lubricator on the air line either.

Do we need to screw the machine on top of a table or a flat surface?

There are two holes for you to screw the machine on a table or work surface. The Fill-One can be used with a portable support plate or wall bracket to free counter space.

Do we sell spare parts?

All parts are available. Some as sub assemblies. See After sales service.

Do you provide or do we need to use air filter to trap moisture/water from the air?

We do not provide air filters but we do recommend that one be used as the machine must be used with clean dry air in order to protect from internal rusting.

Does the machine need service and maintenance?

No need actually. But user needs to keep the machine clean inside, try not to allow paints stick to the pneumatic/air piston.

How long is the shelf life for 2K products?

From 24 to 48 hours depend on the temperature. If keep in the refrigerator it can be extend up to 1 week.

How long it takes to fill a can of aerosol?

The whole filling process takes 5 to 20 seconds depend on paint viscosity (excluding paint preparation and mixing).

How many cans per day can we fill?

It depends on how many colours and how many types of paints. On average an experience user can fill up to 500 cans per day.

How many types of can size can we fill?

The Fill-One is design to fill 400ml cans with 100ml of paint. The rest of the volume is the solvents and gas propellant.

How much paint to fill?

Standard filling is 100ml – the aluminium cup is marked with a line at the 100ml volume.

How to clean the internal parts of the machine?

You can use the proper thinner adapted to the paint used to clean any paint stain on the internal parts of the machine. Just follow the pictures inside the user’s manual.
